Q1 What do I do when I receive a defective purchase?

So sorry to hear this! BeFound ensures quality checks on our products before shipping them out to you.

However, during the dispatch transition, there might be unforeseen circumstances. Hence, if you receive damaged products with defects, wrong items, please send us your receipts to hello@befoundstudios.com within 7 days upon receiving the product.

Q2 I have received products with a very short shelf life. What should I do? 

 

BeFound does regular check to ensure that our skincare products range from more than a 12 months life span. However, should you receive a product with less than 12 months shelf life, email us immediately, and we will get back to you within 3-5 working days.


Q3 What should I indicate during the return? Please note the following.

 

1. Indicate the order number # and name
2. Do note to have a tracking number for your returned parcel to ensure that your parcel will reach us safely. If return items are lost during the shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. Also, any underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and will not be processed.
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Upon approval, returns will only be in the form of store credits with a validity of 6 months. There will not be any extension of validity allowed.

Q4 What is not eligible for returns/exchange?

 

  • Any change of mind
  • Gift cards
  • Item that is not returned with the box
  • Item damaged by the recipient due to lack of care
  • Items which were not returned as a whole set
  • Items purchased more than 60 days ago 
  • Open and/or used products
  • Items or promotional items which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable

 

BEFOUND STUDIOS reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. BeFound Studios reserves the right to amend terms and conditions as and when they deem fit.
